What are the S+T+ARTS Residencies?
The S+T+ARTS in the City residency program invites artists to address, together with the scientific community, the challenges that European regions are facing nowadays. As part of this project, Hac Te has promoted three artistic residencies in three research centers in Barcelona. Specifically, the artists and collectives DISNOVATION.ORG, Mónica Rikić and Mark Farid will spend nine months at the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO), the Institute of Robotics and Industrial Informatics of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (IRI CSIC -UPC) and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), respectively.
